The Operating Owner of Bay Point Dock and Marine, Davis Yoakum, has spent his career working on many different types of marine construction projects. After Graduation from Clemson University in 2008, He has worked with a Marine and Heavy Civil contractor in Savannah, GA. This experience in building marine structures for municipalities, states, and authorities has driven home the foundation piling of strong ethical construction practices, integrated quality controls, and an awareness for the effects that construction has on our environment. Davis Yoakum has experience in piledriving, jetties and groins, dock building, dredging, and many other marine construction disciplines. Davis has an General Contractors License, Marine Contractors License, and a captain license.

Tyler Gregg, counsel for the company, has been in the legal industry for 12 years. Over the course of his practice, he has focused on transactional and corporate law issues. He is well versed in the permitting process related to the marine construction industry.

Matt Phifer is from St. Helena Island and has lived on the sea islands of Beaufort county his entire life. He has 22 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industry in Beaufort County. He has a vast network of local contacts that we are using to help deliver a high quality product. He currently resides in Beaufort with his wife and 2 children.

Rob Simmons is a native of the Lowcountry of South Carolina and has spent most of his life in and on the waters between the Port Royal Sound and ACE Basin. He lives in Beaufort with his wife MJ, and three children Marion, Wallace, and Julia.
